Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Yes Laundry's website, mobile experience, and pickup & delivery laundry services (the "Services"), operated by Yes Laundry Ghana ("Yes Laundry", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, booking a service, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Our Services
Yes Laundry provides laundry, dry cleaning, ironing, and related pickup and delivery services within our designated service areas in Ghana. Available services, pricing, and turnaround times may be updated from time to time.
2. Account Registration
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Booking, Pickup & Delivery
Please ensure someone is available at the pickup and delivery address during your selected window. A distance-based fee may apply where we operate pickup/delivery ourselves; otherwise you're responsible for drop-off and collection.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GH₵). Depending on the service, you may pay upfront through Paystack or pay at pickup. We do not store your full card details.
5. Cancellations & Changes
You may cancel or reschedule an order as long as it hasn't been picked up yet. Once picked up, orders can no longer be cancelled.
6. Care, Handling & Liability
Some risk of damage, shrinkage, or loss is inherent to laundry and dry cleaning. Disclose special handling needs at booking or drop-off. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or collection. Where we're responsible, our liability is limited to the reasonable repair/replacement cost or a refund of that item's cleaning fee, whichever is lower.
7. Prohibited & Restricted Items
Please don't leave cash, jewellery, electronics, or valuables in pockets or bags — we're not responsible for items left inside garments.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
